Mr Biggs the Cat needs a home
Mr. Biggs is a sweet guy with a sad story. He had a home and they decided he would be better outside. Then they moved and left him behind. He had made lots of friends at the apartments where he was abandoned. He was found one day unable to walk and quickly taken to a vet. The kind vet amputated his tail which allowed him to gain some strength back in his legs. He does have nerve damage in his back end. He doesn't have great control over his urinating or deficating. He is on a special diet which helps to a point.
